Kurt, the manager, is truly amazing. I purchased two giant number balloons and when I got home one of them flew away instantly. I was extremely upset because it was not tied properly. I gave them a call to see if there was something they can do for me. I fortunately got a hold of Kurt and he was able to flawlessly help me out. He was extremely kind and handled my situation very professionally. I normally don’t do reviews, however, I wanted to show my gratitute towards him and emphasize how little acts of kindness shouldn’t go unnoticed. I wish all managers were that great!

Employees need training on customer service. The employee who was working at the balloon and counter tonight was horrible. She was very rude to me and my kids. Not only she was lazy , she had a very bad attitude. Very disappointed!

Huge selection, short lines (when I went), helpful and courteous staff. Great variety of Halloween costumes in Sept/Oct.

This is the biggest party city I have ever been in. They have so much stuff for kids and adults birthday parties, and weddings. They have a ton of candy, and they have costumes. They had baking stuff like fondant, character cake pans, a variety of different size and shape cake pans, and candy toppers. So much fun stuff.
