Got ripped off $500  of two TVs .
Bought two TVs. 
basically 15 to 30 days after my expiration date to make a match price. Best Buy puts one TV for $200 less and the second one for $300 less. I'm an elite plus member which means i spend more than $3,500 for the year. I actually spend more than $5,200. What it means for them basically they give a r......

We found the price on a TV lower than Costco by using the Best Buy Rewards program.  The employees in the store and the Geek squad are well trained and helpful.   We purchased a modem and router a month after the TV because we need we would be talking to someone who knew what they were talking about.

Extremely helpful. They need more employees though. However, they messed up our order and now we have to wait even longer for our expensive purchase. Not pleased at all! Won't be going back there for a major end item.

Lots of parking.  Asked by several Best Buy associates if I needed help.  When I did they were quick to look up the item, take me to it and help explain how it works.
