I bought balloons weeks ago, they said I could return to have them filled with helium whenever I prefer. I come back the day of my party and they told me they're too busy to fill them. Never buying balloons from here again.

If I was going to rate this store it would be negative not even a 1. Stuped people I called them to put something on hold for me then when I went to pick it up it was not even there. And I drive all the way from Concord just for that thing I put on hold.

This store needs to carry all the high schools from Bay Point to Brentwood. Not just 2 schools.

My son had to use the bathroom - they are so gross! Filthy walls and floor, no toilet paper, no paper towels, flies buzzing (no joke), and the faucet was running a trickle of scalding water (I assume all day since the bathroom was like a foul sauna). The water fountain right outside the bathrooms was clogged with standing moldy green water!!! Worst of all – when checked out with the manager Ronda I told her how bad it was - unfazed - tried to explain it all away "someone steals all the paper", I told her that wouldn’t explain why the bathroom is filthy with dirty walls and why do you let standing water in the fountain? She said "no one uses the fountain", I told her that I had a suspicion why that was. Unacceptable - especially because of the kids that need to use it in a place like "Party City"!
