Best ( cleanest, no bugs, perfectly breezy) outdoor seating venue in ALL OF HORRY COUNTY!! Super casual, friendly and safe environment tucked away on the inner-coastal water way in Little River. A hidden gem with a constant energetic crowd. Always live music and really good SUSHI. Great menu all around.... plenty of tvs to watch the game. Even golf cart service to and from your car when its packed!! Just cant say enough good things about this place and the staff. Go check it out !!

Love this place. Food was delicious. Service was excellent and the band had me up dancing. A great time was had by all.

Need better seating with live bands and trying to serve  food. 
We Called ahead for reservations for a dinner party of 10 but was told they didn't take reservation to just show up and their would be seating.
After parking 1/2 mile away from all the Casino traffic and being escorted by golf cart to the restaurant at 5:30 pm there was no seating Because of people wanting to just sit and listen to the band. People who were seated at the dinner tables were allowed to stay and not be ask to move for  anyone wanting to eat. "Terrible set up." After putting our name on a list when arriving  and waiting for well over an hour standing  with no one wanting to give up a seat after  their meal was over and us having to stand with no wait seating area, We left walking over to a near by rrestaurant for food and music that did have customer organization.
The only good thing about the experience at Patio's was the golf ride. Need to get better organization if wanting to make money serving food. Lost a lot of business over this.  Won't be back.

A great establishment that has good food, great service and a relaxed atmosphere! I enjoy my time there!
