Absolutely fantastic. From the outside you wouldn't think how top-notch Fleet Landing is. Once inside every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. Megan was our server and my wife and I both were beyond impressed with her friendly, open and yet polished and professional demeanor. Her knowledge of the menu and suggestions were spot on. The oyster appetizer was just right. We ordered the small plate, but would have easily eaten twice as much. I had the swordfish catch of the day and it was stunningly delicious. The best part was ordering two separate sauces and experimenting with both. Loved the blackened sauce, and the lemon garlic was creamy and fun. My wife had the jumbo shrimp and loved it. You get two sides with each and we enjoyed the fries, green beans, southern slaw, and the collard greens were perfect. Don't miss this.

Excellent water front dining in Charleston! We thought this would be a tourist trap as regular visitors to the Holy City but it seemed to be a good spot away from all the crowds. Outside had great views of the river and was heated for those chilly lunches. Pictures include Fried Green Tomatoes BLT, Wedge Salad with crab cake, and fried shrimp platter. Good selection of local draft beers from along the coast. Would highly recommend and plan on returning.

Fleet Landing is a first-class, high-quality food restaurant with a very limited selection, higher-than-average prices and typically great service. If Fleet Landing has one fatal flaw, it is the abysmal parking lot that would take too long to describe here in detail. Otherwise, once you make it inside, the food is among the best that I have had in Charleston, but you will pay for that quality. The staff is usually among the most professional and personally engaged that I have found. We will look forward to returning again and again for more fantastic food and a nice view ! On that note, the view here of the Charleston harbor and the spectacular Ravenel bridge is great!. The outside porch area even has some overhead heaters that keep you warmer if you are outside in the cooler weather enjoying the scenery. The deserts are understated, yet beyond fantastic. Remember to take your wallet and enjoy this Charleston treasure! Please let us know if this review was helpful and what we might add to assist you in the future.

This place is a gem of a restaurant. My fiance and I visited and the seafood was out of this world! I'm a local and we're picky about our fish. Rest assured that Fleet Landing has the freshest, tastiest fish I've ever had in my life (that's saying something). We ordered the pick 3 seafood platter that consisted of fried oysters, shrimp and flounder. It was so good and decently priced. The fried calamari appetizer was spectacular too. Keep up the good work y'all!

I went here with a fun group of people only for drinks. The bar tender was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. It is located on the waterfront. The views are amazing. The smells coming from the kitchen are mouth watering. I feel like the crowd is about to shout "Norm" (reference from Cheers).
