I walked in, told them what I wanted. Two days later I got a e-mail with some mock ups and 1 out of 3 was exactly what I was looking for. I commissioned the making of the wedding set to be truly one of a kind and they came through for me. My soon to be wife absolutely loved the rings and never thought she would be wearing something so beautiful and one of a kind. Thank you so much Patterson's

STAY AWAY. Had concerns about wife's wedding band that had purchased from Patterson. Went in to see what could be done. Left feeling ok, but without them so they could separate them and give back the engagement while the wedding band was fixed and or adjusted. Received call same day saying we could pick up the engagement ring. Went to pick it up and was confronted by what I assume was the owner, no introduction, just handed the engagement ring and a check for the wedding band. Said he would never be able to satisfy my wife. At a loss for words, we were stunned and my wife had lost the ring she had placed on her hand at our wedding. As if that wasn't enough, this unprofessional individual felt it was a good idea to verbally confront my wife. Avoid this place at all costs as there is bad business lurking behind smiling faces. Warn others not to go there.

First off i have two sisters with Paterson engagement/wedding rings FULLY satisfied. Now with that being said I have almost no experience buying jewelry. So needless to say i kind of came in blind. The employee i worked with was soo helpful. She was VERY patient and took the time to explain every detail about the diamond i was looking for (engagement ring). In the end i described what i was looking for and my fiance ended up with a beautiful engagement ring. I would highly recommend Pattersons!

Patterson's is the best! Any questions I've had, they are always eager to help and incredibly efficient. They helped us pick out a custom wedding ring that thanks to them, no one else will have! I always feel appreciated and like I'm speaking with friends when I go back to get my ring cleaned. I recommend them to everyone I know!
