Incredibly beautiful experience at this store. I have been receiving and purchasing jewelry most of my adult life from numerous stores but my experience to this store, thus far, has been the most memorable and positive. Recently, I went in with my fiancé to look at some options. I had gone to so many different stores in the area because I was convinced, due to past experiences, that I wouldn’t be able to find what I wanted from a mall jewelry store. Our search eventually led us to River Hills Mall. I probably stopped at every other jewelry stores there before I finally made it to Zales. I have to be completely honest, working with the manager and another one of the staff instantly made me feel like I was in the right place. We were there for probably two hours just talking to them, having a great time! I even found the ring of my dreams!!!! I highly recommend this store over ALL of the stores in Mankato. It isn’t just about the jewelry, it’s about the customer service and the experience. Most places just care about taking your money and making commission off you and don’t take the time to get to know you. Tom did!! I have told my family and friends about him and this store and some of them have already come in AND have bought some things. Thank you again for starting off this marital bliss on the right track!!!
