I love my apartment! The property manager Danielle is a gem, whenever I call the office with a concern she addresses it immediately. I have lived here for 9 years and plan on renewing my lease again. Keep up the good work Arundel!

Overpriced and under-maintained. Appliances are ancient break down often, needing extensive cleaning weekly to work. AC breaks monthly and costs 4 times what it should to run. In 2 years of living here the AC has broken 9 times, and It took them a month to fix it last time, try going without AC for 1 month in July. Door locks have no buzzer and are more of a hassle than a security measure. Flimzy bar doors and window locks. Landscapers will run over your yard furnature if you let them and don't clean snow from the parking lot in winter. Uncaring staff, laundry room costs too much money. Go spend your rent somewhere else. 1 bedroom for 1000+ here. go to cynwnd or creekside, better price for spaces there.

What an AWFUL apartment complex. I lived here for a year and could not get out soon enough. Don't waste your money renting here, there are better places in the area!

Location is ideal. Apartments are old and things break often. We had heat/AC problem while we were there. Also, a dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. Took forever for owner to repair. A little pricey for what you get. Kinda ghetto. Not terrible.

The location is nice. That's the best part. The apartments themselves cost a fortune to heat!!!! Arundel uses a 3rd party company, Conservice, who issues the heating bill supposedly based on actual usage. They then tell you to deal with them because Arundel is not responsible for the heating bill. Conservice only supplies you the bill. They will not provide you with the location of the supposed meter used to calculate your usage. They will not provide you with the actual Delmarva Power Gas bill to see what the actual fuel rate is. The reality is I pay over $200.00 for a 700 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment with three windows. I have received three identical heating bills for Jan, Feb, & March for exactly $200.00. Come on! The state of DE does not currently have any laws protecting the consumer for this type of billing system. The AC blows room temperature air and the office does not reply when asked to fix the unit. I live here currently because they allow pets, but won't be renewing my lease. If you decide to live here add an additional $200.00 to your utility budget during the winter months. If you're still looking, I'm sure you can do better. If you're young and love playing loud music, slamming doors, and drinking into the early hours of the morning Sun thru Sat then Arundel Apartments welcomes you!! For the record, I have been seeing plenty of people moving out and not in.
