This place was so much better managed when Matt was the ONLY person in the office - it's clearly going downhill from a management perspective. The Complex shuts off the AC and Hot water at their leisure based on the weather - so you lose any freedom you want to have heat or AC to maintain a specific temperature. Boiler systems for complexes I thought were for the lower end apartments, how valves get shut off when you pay the rent is beyond me. Parking is an issue for more than half of the complex. Even though they are not at full capacity (surprise surprise right?), there are always an abundance of children playing in the street around the cars and I never had so many dings in my brand new car in such a short time frame than the last few months. Some of the apartments (like mine) have an abundance of Foliage in the back - which is nice to look at and adds a bit of privacy. Unfortunately, given the condition of said foliage - I hope you like BUGS. From tons of little annoying Gnats that fly through your screen (windows have to be open to keep cool since they turn off your heat/ac remember?), to your neighbors roaches coming in to say hi, ants, millipedes, spiders and more. The worst part is I don't have much furniture or belongings for that matter so its super easy for me to keep things Tidy, i can only imagine how nasty the apartments with children are from these insects. The parking lot is shaped awkwardly to where its mostly hills and tight turns you cannot see around properly to safely drive...Also there is frequently furniture and large items laying against the dumpsters which are literally a hop, skip, and jump away from the vehicles vehicles - DONT PARK NEAR THE DUMPSTERS or a strong gust of wind and the immature drivers burning rubber around the corners will help add some dents into your vehicles. Now to the good part, When Matt the prior manager left - coincidentally so did my Notice to Vacate the complex which was legally given more than 60 days prior to leaving. Then when no one in the Office can "find my paperwork" and claim that It was never delivered. Then I send them an e-mail and they say emails are not sufficient to vacate and I'm going to be hit for a fee equivalent of one months rent for leaving early given the time frame of my repeated notices. Hope you don't mind your rent increasing from 1100~ month to 1450~ month either in an apartment UNDER 1000 square foot Overall, if you don't own a car, work from home, love roaches and other bugs, don't mind sweating or freezing without your choosing after your paying $1000-1500 month rent, and don't mind arguing about stuff you did the right way with management - FAIRWAY IS FOR YOU! At least there isn't much crime in the area. Oh wait, there were kidnappings nearby recently, the apartment below me got raided for drugs and people were arrested in the stairway when I got home by County Police, there was a Break in on the bottom floor of my building via someone breaking out the backdoor patio glass....etc....etc..... To thing I'm only a few units from the leasing office and I'm having this luck? Imagine how safe your kids in the farther buildings would be. Move elsewhere.

The people are very friendly and they have a great life guard "Marcus", I am more than happy with the pool and neighborhood.

I would like to start off on a positive note with that the neighborhood is nice, friendly and relatively quiet. There are running and walking paths for the summer time; which leads into my next point: the central air. The whole complex runs off a boiler system. To make the boiler system work, the A/C needs to be shut off (how true this is, I'm not sure). It's currently 82 degrees in my apartment with all the windows and doors open and three fans blowing. It's insane. I called the main office about the issue and they advised me that they'll turn the valves off for our apartment. That's all. I'm paying $880 a month to have valves shut off? Incredible. Other than that HUGE issue, everything else about the apartment is fine. The price is what it is, you're paying to live in Pike Creek. The parking is decent and not really an issue. I would look elsewhere, but if you don't mind 82 degree apartment weather or can't find anywhere else, then this place will be perfect for you.

I've lived in Fairway Park for approx. 6 months, and everyone is awesome; Leslie and Matt in the office to the fabulous maintenance people, that are hard- workers. When I have a problem or a concern, it is always taken care of in a timely fashion. They care about your safety ,so unusual in a apartment complex ( Thank you Rocky for changing my lock on a Saturday your day off, and with a smile. ). My neighbors are great, and here- the parents are actually outside with their children. They aren't running around supervising themselves. You won't regret living here one bit. Tell them Kim sent you! I stand behind my word.
