Worst place I have ever lived in my life they were great with communicating with me before I moved in. But once I was in they stopped returning phone calls never answered to mantinance calls, and they were very rude and impatient. Stuff around the apartment breaks and is very cheap. There are a lot of cracks in the corners which allows spiders and other bugs to come in. And my ac unit is constantly breaking which they never fix as well. It's a great place to live at if you don't mind living with bugs and no air.....and let's not forget about the terrible customer service!!! Don't live here I wish I would've read the reviews before I moved in I would've been better off living out of a motel 6

Lived in the apartment for6 years.  The 300 building has rats, and the management refuses to admit/address the problem.  There is a serious drug presence, again, not a problem for the management.  Because the management staff turns over every 3 months, the maintenance goes along with it.  Zero consistency, selective lease constraints enforced.  Heroin ok, but loud talking is an evictible offense.  Had three incidents of slashed tires in parking lot, again, not a management concern.  Maintenance concerns need 3-4 requests to be addressed.  BUT
