I use this company nearly 10 years ago but still every time I see their van it upsets me about the experience that I had with them so I finally decided to write this review. I'm guessing the movers that we had one of them must have been the owner because he was a very muscular Broad intimidating man. Who gave us a great estimate over the phone for only 2 tables to move and I also instructed him to bring his smallest van and that we would not need a moving truck. After he showed up to the storage unit it took him over an hour to properly even angle and park huge moving truck that you decided to bring instead of his smaller band. We were actually paying for his time by the hour back then finally when he reached the house he raised the price not only because of the extra time it took in parking his truck back at the unit but also said that the pieces were heavy three and a half times the original amount extra money but he was talking in a very intimidating tone while he explained all this as if he was extremely angry that we wouldn't just right away pay three and a half times what we originally agreed upon. If this guy still shows up to your doorstep cancel the transaction and hire another company

I am SO impressed!  Brian, Montell and Lee were the team that moved me.  They were courteous, efficient, professional, and really fun to work with.  Moving is never fun, but they took a very stressful day of moving into one where we all had some good laughs.  GREAT team.  Would highly recommend Paul Hauls Moving  & Storage!  Johnny was excellent!  Checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.  Awesome customer service :)

Paul Hauls is the best. They created the smoothest moving experience that I've ever had and there have been many. I already referred folks to Pail Hauls. They make the toughest jobs look easy. Try them; you'll see.

I was overjoyed with the professionalism and care that I received from Paul's crew.  The office checked in before, during and after  the move and the moving crew handled a tricky entrance and complicated moving situation with ease and great expertise.  I will definitely use them for all of my moving needs in the future.

This company is very good at what they do.  The guys are clean, well manored and polite.  They were careful with my breakables and very accommodating.  They were right on with their pricing.  Johnny made sure to keep me in the loop and was a pleasure to work with.  Great guys! I give them 2 thumbs up and have recommended them to friends.  I will without a doubt use them again.
