*****10 STARS***** Paul saved me and my family from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. I will never forget it. When he just gives you the facts, no messing around. I was passing out at home and had many doctors visits before he came out and figured out the problem in 10 minutes or so. I APPRECIATE HONESTY AND AFFORDABILITY. Thanks again, you and your team continue to amaze me.

I wrote a nasty review the other day commenting on Luke's performance from Paul's Plumbing. Luke forgot about my family and left us in the cold for a week it was unprofessional and very disrespectful he didn't show up to the appointment that he scheduled with me and when I called him he decided to be exceptionally rude to me call me a liar and a slanderer because I left him a negative Google review. But I will be bringing the review rating up on this experience after seeing what a REAL plumber can do. Alejandro from Paul's Plumbing showed up fixed our problem and had my heater running in no time at all he was very professional personable and knowledgeable. I think Alejandro is a direct result of good management and a well-disciplined team thank you so much Paul's Plumbing for changing my mind about this terrible experience Luke put me through.

Great prices and exceptional service. Recently had a tankless water heater installed. Tech came out, was on time and respectful. Would recommend this company to all my family and friends!

Fair.  We used Paul’s to clean our HVAC system and replace parts for simple maintenance prior to selling our home.  The tech did the job, but when we asked for a receipt to show the work that was done (for proof o show anyone buying the home), the owner said we could get a receipt for an additional $150.  As a single mother, it felt like machismo - an example of men taking advantage of a woman.  Very unprofessional and disrespectful.  I recommend that you get your system serviced elsewhere.  These people seem unprofessional and may take advantage of you.

said they could do a job, then retracted and said they "do not cover this scope" which was to remove one pipe hanging from the ceiling and running a new one. Very unprofessional
