Felt the need to put the information out there that my experience with Roto Rooter this time was horrible. I called for minor repairs on two toilets and a sink drain. He came and met my two older female tennants. By the end of his estimate he had come up with around eight hundred dollars of work for himself. I own three houses and know how to repair interior toilet hardware. I just wanted it done quickly and well for my tenants. The tenants room in the back of the house is through a door. He wanted to charge me $180 more for fixing her toilet because he considered it a separate apartment. When I called him on it he said....well maybe we could work something out. He was blatantly lying about problems that weren't there. Just want y'all to know this can happen and their estimates can be beyond inflated. Be careful if your female and or elderly with Santa Fe Roto Rooter.

I am so pleased with my plumbing work Anthony Maestas did at my home today. I had a leak in under my drive way so I had quite some work done & I can not explain how impressed & pleased we are with the work & repairs that were done, expecially since it was done in a reasonable timely manner . Anthony was so helpful, understanding, knowledgeable/informative, he did very clean work & he is very professional . We are so amazed & impressed on the amazing & hard work ethics all employees provide (from the ladies in the office, to the amazing plumbers & also the incredible management). This is the ONLY plumbing company I will trust & count on for any further needs we may have. I will recommend anyone & everyone to use RotoRooters service!!! Thank you for such an amazing experince & for helping my family out!!

These guys were called to our office to fix a clog. After removing a toilet and charging us several hundred dollars the toilet never really worked right and completely stopped within a few weeks. when we called them again they said the only way to fix clog was to replace all of our drain pipes. This evidently would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. We brought in a new plumber who first pointed out the toilet was cracked, leaking and improperly installed. without removing the toilet he used a scope and was able to find a mop head stuck in the pipes! I called to talk to owner or rotor rooter. I explained that several weeks ago they unnecessarily removed the toilet and may have cracked it when removing it. I also asked how they missed a mop head when inspecting the drain. The replacement toilet was $900 bucks to replace. Needless to say they took no responsibility for broken toilet or horrible diagnosis of problem. I would recommend you not use this service

I live in Santa Fe and needed a plumber in an emergency. I called Roto Rooter and they sent someone right out. Anthony was very professional and courteous. He even took the time to explain things to me. If you live in the Santa Fe area and need a plumber, I recommend Roto Rooter.
