The project was bid out professionally. I interview eight plumbers who said they knew about the Kitec piping problems that I had and 5 of them said they wouldn’t or couldn’t do it. The other two said they could do it and they would get back to me with a bid. They never did nor would they call me back when I called them.
I chose Roadrunner and John Vigil was the masterplumber. They estimated 4 weeks to replace all the domestic water in my house not really knowing where the former pipes were actually laid plus they had to install a new mechanical room. We had to live through the work as we had 3 dogs and a bird and we knew we would not be able to rent a house for a month.
They finished the house in 3 weeks even though it was more complex than they thought. Each night they made the house acceptable for us to live in even though during their daily working day it wS understandably a messy situation. Two or three plumbers were always on the job and they had a sheet rock crew who did the Sheetrock cutting and eventually the taping and bedding. We used our own painters but there crew could have done the work.
I can not imagine any team to be as efficient and capable as this team. John Vigil was the ramrod and he kept it moving. Derek Cunningham, his boss kept it organized and moving. True professionals, for sure.
It was expensive but not for the amount of work they did. I know, even though I did not get any other formal bids that their prices were 30% -40% lower. We were very pleased!

Called them to take a look at a swamp cooler. Unfortunately, all they were interested in was selling me a new one.  Use them with extreme caution.
