I was left in PAIN! They never follow-up!! They recommended having all four of my wisdom tooth remove. Dr. Storm (who is not an oral surgeon!) performed the procedure and while the procedure was OK, the follow-up was AWFUL. Following the procedure I remained in pain for over a week which is not normal for a wisdom tooth removal. I called multiple times and the front desk was not helpful they said they only had availability in over a week! They couldn't even try to fit me in for a quick check up! They really did not seemed to care that I was in pain after a procedure. I asked to speak to the doctor, Dr. Storm, and he never returned my calls. I finally had it and demanded to be seen right away... At this point I have been in pain for almost two weeks! When they finally saw me they said nothing was wrong and what I was feeling was numbness from the nerve being exposed during the procedure (which is a normal complication). Well I know what I felt and it was not numbness! So I went for a second opinion. The second doctor saw me that day (something Pavilion should have done) and immediately said something was wrong (btw this took less than 5 min to check). He then schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon. The surgeon again notice something wrong and after a CT scan saw that I had debris in the socket and needed a second surgery. This is actually a common complication, but Pavilion Crossing totally missed it and I could have ended up with a nasty infection! After the second surgery I was in pain for two days and that was it! Pain free after a month of being in pain and thinking I was crazy! The surgeon that performed the second procedure called me multiple times and did a follow up visit within a week of my procedure. That's what Pavilion Crossing should have done! I submitted a survey to Pavilion explaining what happened and they never even read it (it was confirmed when they called to schedule another cleaning) so I decided to write this review. Pavilion Crossing will only follow up if its in their interest not in the patients best interest. They seem to be very corporate only care about profit. I don't like writing bad review but this was an awful experience and I do not wish anyone feel like they are in left in pain for no reason. I urge you not to visit this dentist.

The first couple of times I was pleased with their office. My hygienist was great and the doctor was as well. The front office is where my problem is. I had an appointment scheduled for today 11/29 at 11:30 am. I confirmed my appointment yesterday 11/28 on the phone and told the staff, verbatim that "I would call if I had to cancel". They called me again today at 7:00 am which is a little absurd in itself to confirm again. I did not answer because I am a very busy CFO and cannot confirm appointments every other day like they obviously want you too. They canceled my appointment, which I had already carved out time in my very busy schedule to make, and I think that is extremely inconsiderate and rude. I tried to reschedule another and they told me I would not be able to for a another couple of weeks! However, South Tampa Dentistry got me in the next day! Hopefully I will not experience the same things as I did with Pavilion Dental Crossing.

I called this office yesterday because a wisdom tooth was completely shattered and wanted to get it taken care of immediately. They scheduled me for 10AM this morning. I am 20 years old and the last time I went to the dentist was probably 10+ years ago. Dr. Briggs blew my mind today. I've always thought dentists as jerks who have no regard for how you feel. I definitely assure you, I felt very cared for here. The second I had any pain, he would back off and give some more anesthetic. I was able to get 3 out of 4 wisdom teeth pulled today and nearly 12 hours later, I have absolutely no pain. I feel confident about coming to this dentist for the years to come!

I recently applied for a position at this office. After some training I realized this is not the type of company I would want to work for nor be seen by. They are all very young, unexperienced, and unprofessional. Their goal is to bring as many people as possible through promotions and squeeze as little time into their patients as possible. Which is great for any other business but not a dentist! Patients were calling in to have a previous procedure fixed. The girls answering phones were complaining about the patients and making fun of them, placing them on hold for unnecessary amounts of time. They are just very immature. I realize all dentist need to start some where but a little compassion and consideration goes a long way. Something's aren't all about the money.

Dentists suck...this place is awesome. If you're going to have your teeth yanked out of your face I couldn't think of a better place to get it done. Dr. Leslie is really good at what she does and her attitude and attention to detail is as good as it gets, staff is great as well. Highly recommend!
