Fantastic service! From booking my appointment through my visit! Very relaxing! The service & the ladies are both fantastic. I did have a few hiccups along the way... My appt had to be broken into two appts due to the spa overbooking, however, they were apologetic and offered extending my gift certificate through its expiration date to accommodate me. At my appt, the spa was having issues with the sound machine. AGAIN, super apologetic, offered me a free massage to compensate. These ladies have fantastic customer service AND offer a great service! The spa itself was clean and I felt relaxed every step of 3.5 hrs of my first visit. Definitely recommend Pavitra, and I WILL BE GOING BACK SOON!

You can always expect the best services. Their facial is the best in N Dallas. Their massage therapists are some of the best around.
