5*. Authentic, deep and rich flavors, kind and timely service from Steph, nice interior, and great vibes! There were lots of diners which were accommodated by the large seating area. Appetizer: Combo Skewers: 2x pork belly, 2x beef, 2x shrimp, and 2x rice cake. Great to share on the table and the flavor from the marinade is . Soup: We ordered The Golden Soup and Tomato Crossing Bridge Noodles. Food was beautifully presented. Fresh veggies, quail eggs, pickles, etc., in a basket and a hot stone bowl holds the rich beef broth. The soup has a generous portion of thinly sliced pork, beef, shrimp, and spam. The golden soup is a spicy/sour meaty broth. Soup stays hot the entire time thanks to the hot stone bowl. 10/10 flavor with large portions. Come here if you want unique flavors of if your want your soup cravings satisfied.
The environment: 5 Taste of food :5 Drink: 2 not recommend for their teas. Too concentrated and too sweet Their appetizer is really good. The noodles are amazing too, but I just feel like not enough for me. Overall experience was nice, will comeback to try other items.
Obviously not a heavy taste restaurant and I love it. But they do provide more salty options if you like. I was like, why people are not like this place and then I can taste the not fresh of the food and yes… I see now. Their drink are nice i mean at least I like it. The chicken wings are okay but I don’t recommend it. And their skewer are actually okay… nothing special. The food are not fresh, and the taste are average.
Food is 10/10. The flavors of the noodle soup are authentic to the tee. The fried spicy potatoes are so tasty, super crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The service is however a bit rushed, which is strange as the restaurant at the time is was not busy at all - plenty of empty tables and no line waiting. Regardless, will come back again.
The best rice noodle restaurant in the Seattle area! The service is great, servers are friendly and nice and patient. The food is original, organic and tasty here. I am very satisfied and will be coming back again. Definitely introducing it to my friends!
Ordered togo twice for different dishes. Size: enough to be full. Service: overall quick and good. Taste: 3. Quite mediocre. Rice noodle itself is good, but the soup base and the meat does not taste good. Especially quail egg have a weird texture.
The most delicious noodles in Seattle!! Everything tastes soooooo good. I’m surprised by the soup because it’s really tasty. All the food ingredients are fresh here. Moreover, the servers are thoughtful and friendly; especially, the shortest girl. I definitely will come back again and again and again.
Very authentic Yunnan noodles! I’m impressed that I can find such noodles here. Even some restaurants in cities outside Yunnan province in China couldn’t make Yunnan noodles as good as Pavo’s. Food is tasty and well-prepared. The service is okay. The overall environment is clean and nice. Lots of parking spots. I’ve been here many times, bringing friends to try. They have been adding new dishes. Recommended!!!
Delicious meal, super friendly service. My bridge noodles were really unique and super tasty! My favorite topping was the tiny poached quail eggs. Yum! I love sweets, and the Yunan Milk Pudding was really unique and really yummy.
Great Yunnan style rice noodle! Side dishes are good as well especially the potatoes. Combos include the tasty dessert made of rice!
