Use to shop there for my little ones but had too many bad experiences with Okie - very rude person.  I know a number of other dog lovers who also stopped shopping there and now go elsewhere.  Who needs it?  No one does.

I first sarted coming 6 years ago with my first puppy. The employees were always SO kind and helpful, full of puppy advice not just product advice! Although some faces have changed, the attitude has not. Yes, many things are high priced, but the quality is totally worth it. They not only have the 'fun' stuff, but great solutions for common dog issues such as marking, and the healthiest food around!

The other review sounds nothing like what I would expect! I am far from looking rich & have never experienced that in all the times I've been there. I can however empathize with the store if you are the type of person who uses local stores to try things on, then goes and buys them online. People like that are killing local businesses. Online only businesses do not have the overhead, such as a place for you to actually come see stuff or helpful staff who will actually take the time to talk to you about your pet's needs. Based on my experience, the other user sounds like she was mad because she was embarrassed and she has actually done it several times. Plus I am certain that whatever was said, it was not said that way.  I've been to similar stores in OK and other states before. Paws Around town's staff is the friendliest, most helpful around, with great quality items (which yes, can be pricey, but always worth the extra for my dog's health and items that last and work).

I love Paws Around Town! When I got my first puppy I immediately went to Paws Around Town for all the essentials. Okie is extremely helpful and so kind to my dog. I always feel welcomed by Susan, the owner, and everyone else who works there.
If I ever have any troubles I call the store and they fix me right up! 
The rest of the people who post bad reviews must be scorned customers or something because I have NEVER seen anyone unhappy leaving this store.

this is the worst place to shop. Employees are rude and follow your every step. I was with a friend to look for BITZSmee DOG puppet. My friend asked a worker if they had one. They looked and found one. my friend looked around some more before checking out. When my friend was checking out the MANAGER of the store said she could not by the bitzsme puppet toy because it was a collectors item and can be sold online. Friend asks why was it on the sales floor? Employee said, I don't know why, must have been put out by mistake. by the way they had a price tag on it of 20.00 and I looked online and found it for 11.48. there liars and rip people off and rude snobs.

We used to buy from here all the time. Then we bought a new car. I called and Susan's husband answered the phone. I knew they had oversized console car seats. I asked him what the measurements, he told me and then said that I could bring my car up then we could try it in it to see if it fit well. I told him: Great that is what I will do. Well you know me, I then gave him my furrbabbies name. His reply shocked me to no end. "OH", he said, "YOU BUY THINGS ONLINE, GO BUY THAT THERE!!!". If that is how they care about their customers, well, they certainly do not need my business. They treat you like dirt if they find out that you buy your pet clothes at a different store. They have become very snobby. This is very distasteful. And what business would tell their vendor/salesman not to sell
 to another pet store? This place has definately lost my business and we will never shop here again and we will spread the word around so that lots of other people might stop shopping there because of their bad attitudes and extremely HIGH prices.  Please consider this before buying or returning to this store. We are finding more and more Pet Boutiques in this state who deserve the business. Please do not shop at Paws Around Town!!!
