Like sales reps, can get pricy on certain items like the flea & tick products & MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING INTO REGARDING The Banfield Vet Situation (don't get locked into a continuous billing issue), But good variety of toys 2 snacks & affordable pricing, great dog trainer & price if need to put your pet in a class, loved getting my dogs nails done at their grooming salon but they can get pricy with the washing & extra but they do a hell of a job if you decide to do it. (The groomers all have great attitudes, professional & even remember pets names) No place is perfect but you can find alot of what you need there.

They don't have a huge selection and often run out of insect feeders. Their live animals look pretty healthy and their cages are mostly clean.

We love Dr. Frye at the 63rd Street Banfield. She’s gotten my kitty all fixed up after months of being sick and getting no results from another vet. All the doctors and techs have been fabulous and super sweet! So thankful a friend recommended them to me.

Most excellent staff!! I can’t say enough of how the 63rd store is absolutely the best in the Metro Area. I always feel welcomed, the management team and associates are always attentively concerned with any issue and the customer service is extremely Exemplary!!

I just left this store after buying things for my dogs. While in the checkout line, I saw a groomer dangling a white dog by it’s neck so she could cut their nails. The dog was clearly choking and stressed out and she called for help from “Ashley” and she proceeded to just shrug her shoulders. The groomer working on the dog continued to dangle the dog and try to cut its nails. I mentioned to the cashier that I wanted a manager told, but this should not be happening. If the dog is stressed, stop what is stressing them out and don’t dangle them by the neck.
