The staff can be a little hard to find sometimes but my experience at this store had been good. The staff is helpful and will go above and beyond to help you with your issue. I've never been disappointed with any of their products.

I visited this location in December to get a fish for my daughter and their customer service was great! There were two gentlemen that helped me and both of them went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. They also made great suggestions and I ended up purchasing a few other things that I hadn't planned on. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Staff is nice and all, but the ONLY reason we go to that petco is because of Cody. He needs the biggest raise. Crickets are cheaper at pet smart, but I don’t mind paying any amount extra if Cody is there. He needs to stay.

We live in Ha. Travel all over the 48 states. It's  hard to find great services on the road. We took our two fur babies there today. The two young ladies there were  great. We will be back if in the area.

Nice large store. Lots of choices for cat and dog food. Usually have birds and ferrets. Unfortunately, the cat rescue running the cat cages is not local / close. This means the cats are not changed out as often as they should be; but that is more on the rescue, not the store. They usually have rabbits be from a local rescue which is different than most other stores in the area.
