They groomed our German Shepherd dog for us. She came back smelling nice and much cleaner and flea free. We were pleased with the service and will use them again. Staff is all friendly and helpful. Price wise the products apart from grooming are a little higher than walmart, but they have a much more extensive selection and options. We use them consistently for specialized pet products.

Big store and a lot of great products to choose from. And I really like the ordering online and picking it up in the store.

Love love love pet smart. You can take your dog inside. However it's not cheap. That is the only hang up. You can get healthy foods here. They do not sell cheap food that pretends to be dog food. They have toys theyhave outfits. They have fish. Lizards. Snakes. Birds. Hamsters. Cats. They can train your dog. They have a vet. They have cages for all animals. They have clearance but not alot most times. They carry Ellen degeneras brand clothing

This location is one of the cleaner PetSmarts in the OKC area. There cat adoption area is usually kept fairly clean. The floors are kept clean. The staff are always friendly. The only negative thing about this location is their Banfield veterinarian services.

Sounds like the person below me is just unhappy all around. Apparently they don't understand the concept of retail groomers. Like any human hair salon walking are welcome even if they come right before an appointment. This is why sometimes appointments take longer than expected, but I'm giving these groomers five stars because they do excellent work. Two of my dogs go to them and we have always been pleased with their work. My third dog will also be attending soon.
