Poor service. We went to purchase furniture for our business and after paying we went to pick up our furniture around the parking lot. They told us they miss counted and did not have our item after all. We asked if we could get a different color or something similar as we needed the items by the weekend but they had nothing in stock. How can you sell furniture if everything in the store is out of stock? We had to take a refund as everything else was going to take 2-3 weeks to get in.

Shopping here was a great experience. All the sales people are very attentive but also give you your space to think. Prices are really great they have some awesome deals for queen bedroom sets which I was looking for. They loaded up my items in my truck as well! Super excited to set up my bedroom set!

This store has the worst customer service in all of the business establishments that I have ever been to throughout my entire life. A week ago, I purchased the bed frame for a new mattress I bought from this store. I opened and used the new mattress, however I left the box for the bed frame untouched, untampered, and unopened. There were no cuts on the tape of the box, and I did not open the box prior to my second visit to this store. I wanted to get a refund on the bed frame because I did not need it. When I went back to the store with the unopened box yesterday, the employees at the store said that it was impossible to get a refund because there was a box with one of the pieces of the bed frame that was missing. When I purchased my items a week ago, there were only two boxes I received: one for the mattress, and one for the bed frame. When I explained this to them, they completely ignored me and said that it was my fault for not having the missing piece and told me to go home, without any consideration or valid explanation. When I asked them what the missing piece was, it was apparently a piece of the bed frame that was included in the box. The bed frame box was still in the same condition as I bought it: UNOPENED, AND SEALED. When I asked them to open the box and check inside for it, the piece was not there, and once again the employees, especially their rude manager, told me to take my stuff and go home. THE BOX WAS UNOPENED BEFORE THEY OPENED THE BOX. They also told me to pay $35 for the “repacking fee” IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY OPENED MY BOX. Approximately 130 hard-earned dollars was wasted that day because of the incompetence of the employees of this store, wracked with shady business practices. This is the most shameful and pathetic experience that I have ever had. I will not be surprised should the day come that this terrible business collapses because of their priority in stealing money over providing quality service to their customers. Shame on this store and its employees.
