They honor their name Lazy Boy. Disappointed with the way they operate. Their designer was able to sell to me her idea, purchased items on April 3 weeks later only 3 items showed up.  Have mention that the other piece should show up in 10 days, I requested that I would like to have the whole set, as it was designed with all pieces, I did not wanted to have half of the set, but they insisted that it should be any problem because they were going to deliver the other piece at no cost. Called several times to ask about item, always gave me the around saying its coming, its coming. July came item did not showed up.  I could not return the items for I have received them and signed for them. After many years of hearing their customer satisfaction was 100% guaranteed, came to find out the opposite. Choose them because I believed what they advertise, now I find out, the hard way. How disappointed it was like when you find out that Santa does not exist...
   Could have purchased items near my home (Living spaces) and choose  lazy boy because of their so called reputation, now I learned...

The store manager Nansee and sales manager Linda are excellent people that do what hey say.....They deserve 5 stars.....the company so far 1 star but that could change depending on their follow through on a warranty item....Nansee & Linda got the ball rolling as promised after a stone wall and frustration from the company....Have absolutely only good things to say about these two managers......will keep you posted on where it goes from here....

Very helpful staff and great products! They are knowledgeable about various styles and manufacturing methods, which I found to be very helpful in making my decision as to which material to go with. I was very impressed with the store.

Jan 10, 2017 - Excellent selection of furniture, especially considering the big sale that had been running. I sat in the rocker/recliner I had seen on-line for $399. I have a bad back and wanted to make sure there was plenty of room and good lumbar support. It was awesome.  The ladies were very helpful. Great experience overall.

Went into the store cash in hand to buy a recliner.  Found one on sale for $399.  Wanted to take it home today but was told they had to deliver to me from the warehouse in Ontario, 50minutes away, and it would cost $100.  So if you want to buy ANYTHING in the store except a clearance item, it will cost you an additional $100 to get it.  Unbelievable!! They would not sell me the chair in the store even though they could have had another one there in 2 days to replace it. REALLY bad customer service.  Never shop there again!!
