I went into Sleep-Train last year and continued to monitor and research what was on the market for for 74 and 75 year old survivor. The adjustable Queen seemed perfect for my wife and I. Ms. Jennifer treated us as if we were royalty, which we truly are. We purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest with all the bells and whistles. We could not be happier! Ms. Jennifer introduced us to the Premier mattress cover to protect the mattress in case spilled liquid. The movers, Eric and Matthew, we're completely PROFESSIONAL! GREAT manners, strength, and completely understanding of seniors. They cleaned up after they set up and didn't damage anything. They are Special! Thanks for hiring Ms. Jennifer, Eric and Matthew. Our neighbors will be visiting Sleep-Train. Thanks to one and all. Semper Fidelis to Christ, The Mitchell's.

Wife and I were looking for new mattress, we set aside a day to visit numerous mattress stores to compare pricing and mattresses. Our first top was Sleeptrain. Lee greeted us and we felt comfortable right away. His wife just happens to have same health problems as my wife which helped him in making the correct recommendation. His recommendations had nothing to do with price but what his wife likes and ten minutes into our day he had found the perfect mattress for my wife and on top of that it was on sale. We were sold. Thank you to Lee for listening to our needs and not wasting our time trying to sell us something we didn't need. We bought the mattress about half hour into the day. So thank you again for saving us the rest of the day.

I came into Sleep Train to get a feel for a new mattress, but not with the intention of purchasing a mattress on the same day. After a pleasant welcome from William Frye, my mind began to change. When I told him that I wasn't ready to actually made a purchase he was very understanding, but offered to help me narrow down the type of mattress that I would eventually consider. He was completely mindful of my budget and my preferences, as well as patient. In the end, I actually made a purchase that day. I went over my budget, but only because I found a mattress that I couldn't say no to. The service at Sleep Train is excellent and I'll never shop for a mattress at any other store.

Great service and price. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgable. Would recommend this store as a first stop when considering purchasing a mattress.
