Made a reservation the night before my flight and They sent me a confirmation email. When we got there the guy was basically sleeping in a chair. Immediately acted annoyed that we were there and asked if we printed out our reservation confirmation. I responded no, the website didn’t give us any instruction to print anything. After looking for 1 second on his computer said my reservation didn’t exist and it needed to be done 24 hours before the flight. The website has no indication that 1. A reservation is required or 2. It needs to be done 24 hours in advance. After seeing this place and the customer service I would never have left my car there even if my reservation was honored. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Avoid this parking lot at all costs!!!!  I had just had my bumper repaired and freshly painted, parked at this lot, returned from my trip to find my newly painted bumper damaged!!!!  The lot attendant just shrugged and said "it wasn't me!"  I demanded a refund!  This lot is a major problem because they do NOT allow you to choose where you park the car.  They park it where they want and squeeze cars in so that car doors are dinging other cars and cars are parked literally bumper to bumper!  AVOID!  No respect for vehicle owners property!

I've used Payless Parking 7 times and not once had a problem. I've even returned 1day later than I planned. They didn't charged me.

I made a reservation, received a confirmation, arrived & they told me they were no longer accepting additional vehicles. Frustrating, since it caused additional delays in my travel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pay a few extra bucks and park at the airport. I returned from a 5-day trip to the front end of my VERY NICE NEW MUSTANG ruined! Someone at the lot drove it right into a concrete post, cracking the front bumper, lights, and denting the hood. I filed a police report. The manager/owner refuses to cooperate to fix. A real piece of work. DO NOT PARK HERE!
