Right when I walked in, the lady asked me if there was something specific I was looking for. She was super knowledgeable about the selection they had. I was looking for brown flats, and she was able to quickly show me all 4 kinds they had. She even had personal comments about some of them and how comfortable they are. I was just really impressed with how helpful she was! The only thing I wasn't impressed by were the prices. I found brown flats at Walmart for $10, but the ones here at Payless were $20.

Lady is very knowledgeable and helpful, however very pushy. I had to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. She kept trying to sell me another pair. When that didn't work she started on my daughter. And on another occasion I went in looking for a specific shoe. They didn't have it. I asked if I could order. She checked inventory for other stores which was nice. I appreciated it. Closest store to have them was in Yucaipa. And it was the wrong size. However my orginal question to her was if I could order them. She never answered me. When I went home I ordered shoes on payless website and had them shipped to the store.
