Love that they watch you run to the door & back so they can make recommendations accordingly!

From personal experience I can say that they truly make recommendations that are best for you as an individual. This past visit my mom & I went together, although we are the same size shoe I have a wider foot than she does (but I didn't mention this at all) and they ended up recommending completely different shoes to each of us. This was a true testament to me that they LOOK OUT FOR YOU. They don't push their best product to make a sale like other places. 

Love the Running Center! Has been my go to for years!!!

I way 235 lbs , I buy running shoes here once a year and my feet don't bother me when I run, no ankle problems nothing, and towards the end of the year I will use the shoes for hiking and get a new pair of running shoes been coming here for about 5 years, they're little pricey but well worth the price you pay. There's somebody in the store to find the right running shoe for your foot I highly recommend this store.

Really liked the buying experience here. I tried several shoes by running in them to finally decide what I wanted to buy. I am very price sensitive and they really did have the best price. I verified online after coming back home just to be sure.

However, even if they would have charged a few extra dollars than the best price, I would have still bought it from them because their customer service is a value added service that you can't get when buying online. I realized that shoes are a highly customized purchase. For a layman in these matters (such as myself)  one needs their assessment of things like whether one is pronating or not, assess arch type and the shoe fit for one's foot's idiosyncrasies. One cannot pick out any random model and take it home. Several iterations of trial and error are needed before a model can be selected based on empirical and experiential evidence.

I'd had a few friends recommend this store to me when I was looking for new running shoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was close to their closing time, they took the time to watch me run in several pairs of shoes and gave me advice. They weren't pushy at all. I will definitely go back for my next pair!
