Worst experience ever. Took my Samsung tablet in with cracked glass for repair. Nearly 3 months later, I have to go to the store for the 3rd time because 4 times they told me they would call and never did. Now they claim the LCD screen under the glass is cracked. I am calling the manager a liar, because a cracked LCD screen would have shown symptoms in performance of bleeding under the glass. There were no symptoms. It worked perfectly except for the cracked top layer of glass. They broke my $500 tablet and refused to accept responsibility. Beware of these cowards and criminals.

Thier stock levels need improvement. I understand they are trying to start a internet Cafe upstairs. However I think it would be more worth while if they had stock to get people in the store then to the Cafe.

Employees were nice. They just didn't have a single laptop to buy. Not enough product. People were great, though.
