I have experienced a few things that I don't like about Sprint since I migrated this past weekend. However, that all changed when I went into the Townside location on Franklin Rd. I entered the store, well, let's just say not so friendly and Justin and Keenan completely turned me around. They were very polite, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. If I ever have any other questions, want to make any changes, or just want to go talk to people who know what they are talking about, I will go to the Townside location and see either one of these guys and know that I am being taken care of. I also saw management potential in the two of them if so they chose to go that route. Thanks again, guys. Y'all made my day a much better day.

Worst customer service...EVER! I bought a phone holder on Monday. It didn't work for my car because of the area I needed to install the phone. I tried to return it, but they only offered me store credit because their manager was the only one who could perform a return, and he/she was unavailable. They told me to come back on a Wednesday. I went back and the ASSISTANT MANAGER could not perform the return. She stated that a manager had to perform the transaction and told me to come back on a Thursday when the manager would be there. 
Also, one of the sales reps tried compensating me by offering me a phone charger and case, stating "your case sucks, man. You should get this one." I didn't tell him at the time that this location sold me the case to which he was referring. If the managers don't trust their employees to do a basic return, that says a lot about the confidence they have in their employees.

Our company lines used to be with Ntelos but we made the switch to Sprint nearly a month ago.  This location has friendly, knowledgeable , and determined staff.  Our business needs were met and Daniel provided exceptional customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Greeted me as I walked in the door and made me feel like my issue was of the utmost importance. Reps were patient with my lack of knowledge about phones and answered any and all questions I had before I left. Highly recommend above corporate store.
