I own a road bike, and cycle pretty often. I've been to this place a couple of times to replace flats, small stuff here & there, and just because i like looking around bike shops whenever I'm near one.. Not that great of customer service for me. I don't feel that welcome here compared to other bike shops. Though they always have what I need, I probably won't be going back unless I absolutely have to. Bikes For Life in Johnscreek is pretty great.

Great. Service department was very helpful, and spent a lot of time on us. They do get busy and our understaffed sometimes, but all and all good stuff.

I was looking to purchase a bicycle for my wife when I came across Peachtree Bikes. Dave and Chuck took the time to show my wife several options, but when the bike she wasn't in current stock in the color she wanted, they had the bike transferred over from another store without hesitation. We came back the next day, Dave and Chuck checked fitment of the cycle, making sure it was just the right fit. They went over every feature of the bicycle, to the delight of my wife. Soon after, I returned to purchase a MTB for myself.. Chuck and Dave took the time to show me different options, and were never pushy. After getting sized, I had a bike pulled from another store and sent here (The bike I initially test rode sold earlier that day). All the guys and gals that work at this location are great, it's nice being able to walk in and toss different ideas their way, knowing they are giving me real feedback and not just trying to sell me a product. You can't go wrong visiting Dave, Chuck or any of the other team members at this location.

Good people work here. I walked in looking for a standard tune-up and was greeted by 2 employees. Both acted as if they knew who I was and why I was there. It was a comforting feeling knowing I was treated as a fellow biker and not just another customer. I left my bike with the guy after talking about the three different levels of tune-ups they offer. He called me the next day and told me he was done and that i didn't NEED the third (more expensive) tune-up and that my bike was ready. Awesome experience and I only had to be without the bike for one night. That's cool.
