This florist Karen went above and beyond, creating a huge stunning bouquet that was so well loved that the recipient has sent me 4 photos of it so far! It was delivered with great care in the freezing weather in Georgia. My friend thought I must have spent 3 times what I did...It was gorgeous and very fairly priced.

First time ordering from this shop and would highly recommend. My friend lost a beloved family  member, and I wanted to send a floral arrangement to her home. I worked with the shop over the phone since I live in another area of town, and the arrangement they sent was just stunning. Both my friend and I were very pleased.

Worst... Attitude I have ever had to deal with. A woman by the name Karen gave my co workers the worst attitude ever. My co-worker had his great grandmother pass away recently and we thought that we would do something nice and buy him flowers.. "We found this place" Ordering online we found our arrangement we wanted and placed the order. Upon doing so we would have never guessed this would been the worst idea ever. 
Karen calls us explaining that some how she got the wrong address and the flowers were addressed to a dead Pearson and that going through a third party made this process so much harder. "I don't know what third party she is talking about we bought them off the site" Then she goes on to explain "with attitude" that the flowers will not make it today. 
It does not end there....
Karen then calls my grieving co-worker and then explains in anger that she cant get the flowers out today.. yet we paid for the delivery that day... It gets better... After her explaining that this was all our fault she consistently ask my co-worker that someone will be there at the house to receive the flowers. My co-worker gave her 2 different phone numbers to make sure the flowers got to the right place. "This is all taking place while he's at his great grandmothers funeral" 
Now with all of  us frustrated in trying to do a nice thing turns into a process of stress!
We did not say anything, we get that people have bad days and thought this was going to be taken care of the next day... NOPE try 3 days later no call and a refund... Thank you Peachtree Florist thank you for all you have done. Thank you Karen for wasting our time.

Terrible attitude. It might just be another order from you but you could at least be polite.
