Never fails that if something is going to happen, it;s on a Friday afternoon when everyone is getting set for the weekend.  I noticed my ceiling in entry way bowing from being wet.  My first inclination was the roof, since didn't think anything to do with water was there.  I called Peak View and they said would get somebody out.  Gary called me within about 10 minutes from his home, quickly talked and he said would be right over.  Climbed on roof to see if could find anything unusual.  Nope.  With his help tore the drywall down, and found the culprit.  There is  plumbing in that area and of course was leaking.  Gary was professional and happy to help solve the problem.

While selling our last house we found out that our 4 year old roof needed to be replaced due to faulty shingles. Our original roofing company refused to help with the warranty work and we could have lost the sale of our house.  Jeff and Chris with peak view roofing stepped in big time and helped us through the warranty process. They expedited the whole process and replaced our roof which absolutely saved the sale of our house. I won’t hesitate to use Peak View Roofing in the future.

Peak View is the worst. We had them replace our roof / gutters late last year. Once the contract was signed, our rep was like a ghost and we didn't hear from him again. 

They never came when they said they were going to (they missed 4 appointment times we agreed upon when I called their office). I had to be the one to call them to see what was happening, they never called to inform me they wouldn't be able to make that time. 

Also they ripped off our gutters when they replaced the roof, and it took them a month before they got someone out to put new gutters up... And the only reason they did it that 'quickly' is because I refused to pay for the roof until the gutters where put on. 

I normally don't post reviews, but I'm incredibly annoyed & felt like I needed to because we just had to pay for an animal control company to come out because we've been hearing scratching in our attic... Only to find out that it's because the roofers left a hole in the soffit (in a hard to see spot, which is why they didn't care I guess) that allowed 3 squirrels to get in our attic and make a mess. 

So yeah, Terrible communication. Terrible quality... I would definitely avoid this company.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had.  It has taken over 6 months to have my roof repaired.  In November the material was dropped off and left on my roof until I emailed them 2 months later asking when will they finish it.  II was told in January that they did not know anything about my roof.  My skylights were measured 5 or 6 times and they still were ordered incorrectly. The solution to the wrong size skylights was to "stretch them" to make them fit. However, this could not be done.  One employee stated that this project should have been completed months ago.  Contractors did not show up when I was told they be at my house however they would show up days later than expected.  Once my roof was done I received a call stating that they were done with the project, but they forgot they still had to put my gutters on.  After everything was completed I still had nails and roofing paper in my yard and in my trees.  I have had to clean up the mess myself.   The manager Steve told me that he would make this right after waiting 6 months to have it completed.  He still has not made this right and said that it shouldn't have taken this long.  Now I am being called daily asking when they will receive the rest of their money after they have already gotten a check for $10,000.  Spoke with Steve today asking how I would like for him to make it right, but he had no solution himself.  10 minutes after that call he called back asking about the remaining balance.  If it takes a roofing company 6 months to complete a job and never been able to get a hold of them to complete the job in the first place they are certain to call to ask about their money.  Never again will I use this company or recommend them to anyone that I know.!!!!!!!!

Did a great job replacing our roof after a hail storm. Their work held up against a wind storm where our neighbors who had used another company had shingles missing or flapping in the wind. Peak View people were also very helpful with the paperwork we needed filled out for insurance/mortgage company reimbursement. Good company. Nice people. Great work. Use them.
