Horrible company!!!!!!! We made a claim about 1 year and a half ago and they were the roofing company we were going through.All they did was took our money never dropped off materials or anything.Just took our money and never heard from them again.So dont go through this company they are crooks. We have been trying to get our money back from them.Called the better business bureau on them now we are waiting on there bonds ppl still.We still havent got our money back and are still waiting on our property to be fixed. Its horrible to see a company take advantage of people who trusted in them. Such disrespect and dishonnor.

Do not use this company.  My mom's home was damaged from the hail storm LAST YEAR and we have yet to have anybody show up and have her roof done.  The gutters have only been done and it has been now close to 6 months.  I have been trying to call them and left several messages when I can, otherwise the mailbox is full.  So obviously they are deleting the messages.  I contacted them through email to finally get a reply to tell me that they would start in a couple of weeks.  I asked for a specific time frame because "several weeks" can mean anything, and I still have not heard back.  We are looking to the police now as well as filling for legal action.  Never going to use them again or refer them.  We are extremely unhappy customers!

This company is one of the worst I've had to deal with. I simply cannot get any communication from any of them. In October I had an individual representing them ask to schedule a free inspection. They later came out and gave it, saying I should file a claim. The claim resulted in a totaled roof but the Insurance didn't cover all of the repairs and because of house situations, I was not able to afford it at the time.

I asked them to give me some time until I can get the money together and they agreed. They took the insurance check and cashed it so they'd be ready with parts when the time came.  They checked in about once a month for two months and everything seemed fine and like they were a good company up to the point I was ready.

In Feb, I was ready and have been trying to contact them since the beginning of Feb. The contact card for Josh I was given no longer has his cell in service. The main number goes to a lady that sounds like she cant stand her life and if you try having a simple conversation with her she is short and just wants to get rid of you. I try explaining I have a contact card for him and its cell is no longer in service asking to get a different number and she responds that she cant give out personal cells and instantly transfers me giving me no time to respond.

Of course, every time I've been transferred to Josh, he never answers which can be understandable because of jobs; however, he never calls back either when I have left messages.

The sales representative, Diego, was the only one I got a response from and this was now two weeks ago; it was basically stating that he going to take care of it and get it handled. Now I haven't heard from him since despite multiple texts (which was his preferred method of contact). 

I'm so fed up with this company. All I want is some communication to be able to schedule a date of repairs. I don't even care if the repairs are months from now as long as I know what is going on and have communication. But apparently that is to much to ask from a company that has $3K+ of my money. I will be perusing legal actions after Friday if I continue getting the same service.

This company is a wolf in sheep clothing. They've collected thousands of dollars to start work for the hail storm in July  of 2016. And haven't started any work at all. To top it off they  won't  return any calls and and when you go to there office no one is  ever there. This company is a scam artist and can't be trusted. We now have filed a police report for theft in hopes to recover the thousands of dollars they have ran off with. If I could  give them NO stars I would but this thing is making me give them one in order to post my complaint !!!

WARNING!!!! Don't do business with this company!!! I paid to have my roof and gutter replaced in October. This company is a joke when they say they provide excellent customer service. They have done nothing but lie and are very deceitful! Absolutely no integrity in this family business!! I will have to seek legal action now to get my money back!
