Amazing customer service,  carries hard to find products,  and overall a decent, albeit minimal,  offering of tools.  I've had more than 1 occasion where they'll wait for me when I call in advance saying ill be just a little late for pickup.

This company is just fantastic. The staff is outstanding and just all around professional on every level. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience  with them is one of the best. They are leaders in the industry with a strong roof loading crew to back them, including this driver/loaded know as Johnny appleseeds, he spreads shingles across every sq/ft of the house just to help roofers like myself saving me time and energy. Request this guy next time you need a roof load and I assure you that you will be far from disappointed. Texas boys really are hard working and quite handsome says my wife

I bought some roof shingles from this place. They were overpriced, but I needed them quick, and couldn't wait to order them from Lowes. Complaints:

1) Just to pay for ONE package of shingles took 20 minutes!

2) When I got home, I realized I had the wrong shingles. I called to get a price on the correct shingles. A woman told me the correct ones were about $15 cheaper. When I went to return the wrong ones, it took FOREVER to process the return! And what's worse, they tried to rip me off. The guy who processed the return said, "I'll tell you what, I'll just do an even exchange for you", like he was doing me a favor! I said, "How much are the new ones?" and he said "They are pretty much the same price as the others". When I told him that someone on the phone said I should be getting money back, he went back into the computer for 10 minutes, then said "Yeah you should get a couple dollars back." Again, I said "How much are the new ones?" He went back into the computer for several minutes, then said "They're just a little cheaper than the others." I told him someone on the phone said I should be getting $15 back. He went back into the computer for 10 minutes, and finally came back with a refund for $9. By that time I just wanted to get out of there, so I said OK. I wanted to strangle this guy. I would NEVER go there again, and based on this experience, would say that their business practices are unethical and their customer service is abysmal. I like to support local businesses when possible, but this sort of experience forces me to shop at places like Lowes and Home Depot.
