The park has easy access from the road although our GPS took us past the entrance. Lots are narrow but long enough for our 41 ft fifth wheel. The park is very muddy if it rains and the driest spots are by the road. Because this campground is on a busy road there is a lot of traffic noise all day and night. It appears to be a common truck route. Upon check in it was suggested that I not take spaces close to the house on the property as the owner has dogs that sometimes roam from her property. The rules for me however state that my dogs must remain on a leash at all times. These free range dogs went to the bathroom everywhere. The male dog even marked (peed) on other trailers. We tried to walk our dogs in the field but there was dog poop everywhere. Whoever took the photos for the website is very creative. This campground is across the very busy 4 lane road from the lake. It would have been very dangerous to cross the road to utilize the dock. Further, the pecan grove looks nothing like it does in the picture.

We stopped here for one night and shortly after we got there we had an electrical fire in the wires to our hot water heater/furnace. My husband managed to chop thru the panel and put it out with the fire extinguisher. The fire department arrived in record time--it seemed like just minutes--and checked everything out and told my husband "good Job". Meanwhile, the owners, Bill and Dee Bunker were immediately there to offer any assistance. Our camper was full of black smoke and the fumes were so strong we couldn't breathe in it. Dee insisted we stay in one of their beautiful, fully furnished cabins for the night---FREE OF CHARGE!! We can't thank these wonderful people enough!! If you are ever in the area of Lake Village , Arkansas on highway 65, stop at the Pecan Grove RV park. I know we will always make that a destination. Thank God for such wonderful people!!!

One quick night on my way through Arkansas. It was several months ago, but I remember it as a pleasant stay, easy to get to, lake view, clean facilities.
