We have been camping here for years, but this is the first time since a big corporation took it over and NOT happy about the experience!!!! We can't use the rec room at all, they DID NOT HAVE our paperwork ready when we arrived on Sunday. I'm glad we didn't take a site at the back where the grass is over knee high and unkept, we wouldn't be able to walk our dogs there at all!!!!!! This is unacceptable. While the construction is going on, they should give some kind of discount since we can't use everything on the property. Or at least they should have warn us there is a construction going on, because we didn't even know!!!! If that's how you will treat old customers, it is not going to work. I have talked to other campers and they said the same thing, when they arrived on Sunday, they didn't have their paperwork either! Before the corporation, we ALWAYS had out paperwork outside of the building letting us know what site is ours, this time we didn't even have an idea, so we had to call Headquarters to find out!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice location at the front sites. The back of the RV park is set up for more permanent residents and they treat their sites as though it's a trailer park. They're under construction right now so the gym, restrooms/showers, and patio area are not useable.

Good location Concrete pads Was here a few months ago, everything was in order. Things are different now: Garbage piling up on pads, since pick up is only three times a week, and there is no dumpster. Grass hasn't been cut in a while. Fire ant hills abound. There is no manager on site. Fourth of July weekend creates a lot of trash. I can't imagine what this place is going to smell like by tonight. Flies are also a problem. There is no emergency number to call. They are "working on it" They should have closed the resort, while they solve their problems. Not take our money, without providing services and a clean safe environment .

This facility is not bad but more attention needs to be paid to detail. I think it would be better to move the people that are only staying a few days or maybe a week closer to the amenities. Campsite is currently under construction airplanes constantly fly over top of you. The landscape and lawns were overgrown. Most people here look like they' have been here for years so it appears to be more of a trailer park rather than a RV resort as they call themselves. We are camped around lots of children and pets who appear to be long-term residents. If you want to take a shower or use the restroom you would need to walk a distance or drive. Not a place to come to relax.

We reserved a spot for a one night stay while on our way to a family reunion in Florida.... unfortunately we broke an axle on our trailer in Georgia and couldn't keep our reservation for the night.... they were very understanding an gave a full refund back to our credit card! Now that's what I call GREAT customer service.... we will be sure to visit them on our next trip to Florida!
