Yesterday was my daughter's very first dentist appointment at Pediatric Dental Specialists of Hiram. Aside from the fact that this place is so cute on the inside, (the murals, cheerful colors and kids toys make the place feel so light and cheery.) I found that the staff was equally amazing as well. My daughter is 2 and she was very nervous and upset about letting someone she didn't know examine her teeth. She screamed and cried for a few minutes during the exam, but my husband and I were able to sit with her and help soothe her while the hygienist did her work. The woman working in her teeth was so sweet and kind. She did a really great job comforting my daughter as well. Everyone there was very thorough with explaining everything to us. They brought my daughter balloon animals, little toys, and basically just showered her with love and care as if the little girl was their own child. They were so patient and attentive. I was very thankful that they were such sweet and kind people. The visit went a million times better than I could have ever expected and I'm very thankful that I discovered Pediatric Dental specialists of Hiram. If I ever moved out of the area, I would drive the distance just to continue using them for my children. I can't imagine using anyone else now. Dr. Simms and her staff are sweet and wholesome people. You couldn't pick anyone better to take care of your babies, trust me.

Love love love. Super friendly staff. Adorable decor. I love that they have a large enough room that all 4 of my children can be seen at the same time with me in the room.

My daughter and I love the dentist staff here. They are kind, patient and always willing to explain to her what they are doing and why. I would give them 5 stars but it seems like they switched out the front office staff in the past year. It used to be a younger man who always a 10/10 on customer service. Now there is a middle aged woman working the phones and its never a pleasant call to say the least. Short, brass and at times rude. Still the other staff make it worth the hassle. Would recommend to any parents of young kids!

To my surprise, my three-year-old son is completely ecstatic every time we have to go to the dentist. He has been three times. A great experience for both me and my son. The entire staff was incredibly professional and experienced. Very kid friendly and colorful. I loved how well my son was having his procedure done there was a TV on the ceiling so that he could watch whatever Disney movies they were playing at the time. If you need a pediatric dentist, look no further than here…!

Absolutely heaven sent!!! You can tell EVERYONE in the office loves kids. I have NEVER been this comfortable in a dental office. Everyone took their time to explain and make sure my boys were comfortable before doing anything. What used to be major anxiety for my boys, was all smiles and thumbs up at the dentist. The office is exceptionally clean and kid friendly. Cannot say enough about Dr Simms and the staff. Crystal is truly an angel. Thank you!!!
