I usually do not give reviews but today I thought I should. I went in very sick and the staff was phenomenally compassionate and sensitive to my situation. I have seen all of the providers at both locations and they are all caring, will bend over backwards to listen or treat you and will be with you throughout your journey. I was really disappointed at some of the previous comments that had multiple parts and sounded more like defamation than a legitimate reviews. Shame on you! I can vouch and say that no other doctor's office anywhere in Hiram or Marietta has the quality customer care and christian values that this office does. You will be hard pressed to find such talented physicians that are as compassionate as they are with the fantastic staff that they have. I have visited far to many places that DO NOT CARE, however, this doctor's office DOES and it really shows. Keep up the great work!!!!

Came in today, first outing with my grandbaby alone I was trying to check in the baby was screaming I was trying gain control with little luck, the sweet ladies there came to the rescue helping me by holding the baby and another getting hot water to warm the bottle. It was just nice for all them to help out so much, I was a bit nervous and flustered and they made it much easier to get the baby calmed. Thanks for the help, I love this clinic !!!!!

WARNING: I have been a patient of Dr. Mary Daily Smith for 10 plus years. Recently, within the month WeCareMD turned into I DONT CARE MD. After their office staff incorrectly filed one of our visit to the wrong insurance company, they did not inform us of this until over a year later. By this time the correct insurance company was not required to pay the bill because it had been more than a year, by law they do not have to pay. We did not even know there was a balance nor did they informed us until more than a year after the visit. When they did bring it to my wife’s attention during a doctor visit she had, they said that they would refill insurance with correct insurance company. Because they waited so long they past the date where it could be filed with correct insurance company. But we did not know this until the next doc. Visit my wife had. Bill misfiled was in Dec. 7, 2016. Billed first brought to attention in Dec. 2017, discussed to refile then. Bill brought back to attention during about Feb. 2018, said to refile because they FAILED to refile it when they said they would before the year was up. Phone call by office about March 2018, I spoke directly to office manager and was told they would try again to refile insurance. Had NOT heard anything until my wife again visited in April 2018 to have her medicine refilled doctor visit. NOT TO MENTION: During the year 2017 there were multiple visit that used correct insurance. So if there was a balance, one would think, the office staff, would check to see if the correct insurance was used, ON THE BILL THAT HAD BALANCE. Not wait 1yr. Before notifying us. THIS WAS A MISTAKE BY EVERYONE. The right thing to do at the very least would have been to split this bill even though this was plainly a mistake by the office staff by not filing on correct ins. Even more than this, waiting so long to correct mistake so the insurance would not pay. BUT INSTEAD, THE OFFICE STAFF AT WECAREMD, rather than taking any responsibility at all, they would discontinue my wife and I as patience’s by letter a week after they said they would refile on April 10th.In the letter they said they would see us for 30 days after this date. On April 30th I called to make an appointment because I had pressure and a little blood in my ear. At which time the office staff refused to even honor their own letter. This is

I love Dr. Smith and the staff at WeCareMD. When I have an appointment I never feel rushed in and out. Dr. Smith takes the time to listen and talk with me. I'm not just a number there.

I just called to make an appointment for a "travel" physical. As my child didn't have a pre-existing condition they didn't want to bring her on as new patient. Then they informed me they don't do "travel" physicals. Why not? They did it for someone else, but they couldn't do it for me. They don't know why that policy is in place.
