Founded in 1957, Pediatrics East is one of the oldest pediatric practices in Birmingham, AL. With two locations and 11 pediatricians, Pediatrics East serves the health care needs children of Birmingham and its surrounding area 7 days-a-week.

Regular Office Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Deerfoot and Trussville)

After Hours Appointments:
Monday–Thursday
• First available appointment is at 4:00 p.m.
• Last appointment is at 5:15 p.m.
• After hours appointments may be scheduled beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday
After hours services are provided at our Trussville location (only).
• Saturday: The first available appointment is at 9:00 a.m.
Appointments may be scheduled beginning at 8:30 a.m.
• Sunday: The first available appointment is at 1:00 p.m.
Appointments may be scheduled beginning at 12:30 p.m.

After Hours Service Location:
The location of after hours services will vary depending upon the location of the on-call physician on that particular day. For example, on days when Dr. Harmon is the on-call physician, after hours services will be provided at our Deerfoot location. However, on days when Dr. Soong is the on-call physician, after hours services will be provided at our Trussville location.
