Horrible place! My grandmother went in for an evaluation because she has dementia.  She was walking talking and physically in great shape.  In two weeks she was not able to do anything but stare at the ceiling.  She lost weight and could hardly hold her head up, the nurses only kelp her medicated for their own comfort.  They didn't care if she ate, bathed or had anything to drink. She just came home today and now hospice has to came out daily because of how badly she is doing all because the nurses heavily medicated her to the point to where she almost died! Steer clear of this facility at all cost!! Negative 5 star facility! !!

The actual hospital is decent,the nurses are wonderful.The emergency room is absolutely horrible,it takes forever to get back in an actual room.We waited while over 15 people came in after us,and made it back before us for some reason. Some of them even were discharged before we got to a room. There also seemed to be some hostility towards us in the lobby from some reason, not sure if it's because we're white. Security was a headache, but the security guards were very helpful and nice. Stay away from Dr Humphreys, that guy won't even examine you properly. I would recommend bypassing the emergency department all together. If you're a woman, watch for the male nurse busting through the door right after your told to get dressed, without knocking.

Absolutely horrible. Completely ruined my grandmothers hand. Someone that doesn’t know what they are doing should not even be aloud to touch anyone. Her hand looks beaten beyond recognition. I am extremely angry and plan on pursing this until someone makes a change or we filter through people that do not give an once of compassion or common curtesy to those who truly need help. I can’t stand how majority of this staff carelessly shows their irritation when having to do their “job”. Excuse me but your “job” is to help others heal and make it through any health issues. Do you think any patient wants to be there? No. So why on earth would you make their visit any worse then what it is. Or make them feel like it’s their fault your having a bad day or you don’t want to be there. Justice for my grandmother and others like her will be sought and found. Trust me.  I wish I could give no stars

My best friend waited over three hours in the emergency room.  His doctor told him to go directly for a strangulated hernia.  I asked a nurse how long more he should be waiting?  She was very rude and paged the PA.  The PA came directly.  Waiting to see how long more before the doctor attempts to push the hernia back in.

This hospital is absolutely disgusting...
Don’t waist your time, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The rooms are dirty and disgusting. 
You wait hours before getting seen and have no one come to make sure things are okay. 
My mother came in with Chest pains and a fever, we were told to wait in the waiting room about 15 minutes, we signed in at 11:30. A nurse came and got us not to put us in a room, but to take us to yet another waiting room, which was MUCH smaller. We sat there with the same people for almost an hour and a half. They are just now taking us to the back where they put us in a very tight room not even cleaned. It’s 1:30 and she has still not seen a doctor.... 
staff is very loud and inconsiderate. Talking of personal business and obnoxious laughter....
