Update- 11/21 I received a call today saying I can see a different doctor for my back and neck. I told them 10 times I wanted to see the SHOULDER doctor Reinhardt, be cause I'm having a shoulder problem.  Lol. I don't know what's wrong with this place. 

Horrible service, I've been trying to make an appointment for a week now. I've left messages on the answering machine and no-one bothers to call you back. Suppose to be open to 3:30 on Friday which is closing early because they are open later other days but I call at 2:15 and closed already.

Fantastic doctors and staff. 
They offer quick responses to all inquiries.
The surgeons, especially Doctors Krumm and Lingenfelter are the best. They're caring and keep the patients informed of all aspects of the surgery and recovery processes.
