Nice people and Dr Metro is great. My only issue with the place is that twice so far my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled without my knowledge! The appointment setters need to get it together over there because it's very unprofessional to do things like that, not to mention inconvenient and unfair to the patients. The 1st time it happened i showed up for my appointment, waited in line and there was a man ahead of me who was having the same issue where his appointment was canceled for that day and nobody called him to tell him and/or to reschedule. Then it was my turn and they told me that the same thing happened to my appointment. They blamed it on the big office in the city. And this past week the same thing happened AGAIN! Had an appointment for the end of July but with another doc there, I never got the usual phone call to confirm so the day came and went and I had forgotten about the appt til a couple days later checking my calendar. Well yesterday (a week after my appointment was supposed to be) I get a phone call to confirm my appointment for there TODAY which I was not told they had switched it to. It was made for a time that I'd be at work so I know for a fact that I didn't make it myself for that time. Great medical staff there, but the scheduling dept needs to get it together.

Great doctors but the administrative staff are horrible. Appointments being changed without patients knowledge, Records being misplaced, its a sxxxshow in there. If you want to go here, be prepared to have to constantly call in to correct they're clerical mistakes. Its sad , because it would be a great practice if they had more efficient staff maintaining the clerical duties. Now I have to change my whole family to a new practice because after an entire year it has been more mistakes on they're behalf than are acceptable.
