My first time visit on Oct 11, 2017. Receptionist friendly, professional. Tech friendly..And Dr. Hasan was warm, friendly, encouraging and of course optimal care of my feet. Thank you everyone!!!

A joke. I originally gave their lack of professionalism the benefit of the doubt, but the blatant disrespect made me feel like I should warn others before trying this place out. Don't bother making an appointment; though we got there twenty minutes early, we didn't even get into a room until an hour and ten minutes after we arrived; as for the doctor himself, he sauntered in maybe twenty minutes after that (so, in total, roughly two hours wait time). We were told after we asked that others who walked in lot later were ahead of us in the queue, despite not having appointments. They had no reasons to give us as to why. Though we were referred by a family doctor, the podiatrist was disgustingly unconcerned and demanded to know what we wanted him to do about her condition, said there was nothing he could do for us within five minutes of walking in the room (we were told to go back to our family doctor despite there being a referral for extreme, three to four shoe sizes difference foot and ankle swelling, which we kind of assumed they would be able to help with considering that's what they specialize in), and said we were done. He wasn't polite for a second and I was thrown by his extreme lack of bedside manner. There was no actual examination. Absolutely shocking, I've never been to a medical facility less qualified to deal with patients that are clearly suffering. Basically, we wasted a lot of time dealing with the people here and have to reschedule with someone else, while the problem gets worse. Don't bother.

If I could, I would give it less - I should have done this before... I was okay with this practice until 2013, I had a ganglion cyst that needed surgery on. I had the surgery and my foot started popping a few days later. Now I have a foot ruined by one doctor at the office and now I have Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) - Only way to fix it is by surgery. Thanks to being on blood thinners, impossible...I would be laid up 12 weeks and I am high risk for it. The surgery would probably kill me. Only if I gotten my records or if I had an XRAY done, I would have a law suit. I am now bound to a CROW boot for life.. Thanks to one of the doctors in practice... I advise don't go and don't have surgery at JEANES hospital either. I was okay with Dr. Goldhammer and Dr. Jack --- Wander is the one who messed my foot up.

I have visited the office on several occasions for heel spur and other small issues. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful. They are a very busy office and may not always have time to slow down for little things but I have always been taken care of.
