PepBoys always goes above and beyond to take care of each individual customers' needs, whether its staying open a little late to help someone, driving people home or to work, and even in handling situations where a customer may not have been satisfied. A little communication goes a long way. Overall, there is not a better place in State College to have your vehicle serviced. The associates at the desk are knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain the products and services , in most cases even taking the customer out and showing them things on their own vehicle and explaining how they work. They run specials and offer coupons on their website every day, making their prices unbeatable, and they carry a wide variety of tires for every price point.

Good selection of product at this store. Parking is very good as well. As with most stores, no real selection of 19" tires on hand.

Ugh!! Decided to get tires here because they were having a sale.  The bill was over $800, much more than I expected, and I sat and waited for 4+ hours!  Would not recommend going here unless your vehicle is in pristine condition, they will find something that 'needs' fixed.

I needed to get a spare tire put on my car after being towed there. The service manager was fantastic and took care of it right away. He could tell I was having a rough day and visibly upset and prioritized my needs over everyone else that was waiting. I will absolutely be back in the future!! Thank you guys so much.

A great place to have service done for your car! it's hard to find honest auto repair shops but this is one!
