Excellent Service and Prices. Over the course of a year, they continually exceeded my expectations. They provided superior service and many times provided small services at no fee whereas big city companies routinely charge to look at your car or diagnose a problem. Great staff too, very friendly, gave you options and answered as many questions as you could ask. All while smiling and being patient.

Worst Steve Shannon ever should be shut down just very unprofessional and over priced other types of people have to be a local Im 75 years old still know and see a person getting ripped off stay away high prices to certain people especial us older folks

Bad Customer service, and a cheat!   
Overcharges for services with listed prices if you don't pay attention.  Then lies about why you are being overcharged by adding "fake parts/repairs".
Charged Hefty fees for a repair that was not performed, When I went back, was told I never received service there.  Pretended he could not find me in the system, and the mechanic said he inspected the car, and service was never performed at their location.  

I then dug out the printed receipt, and they never apologized.   Every friend/known person in the circle has stated that they received bad service/overcharged/problem not fixed.   I am glad I found a much better local mechanic.
