I don't feel like taking the time to detail what was done. May it suffice to say that this is my second trip to The Repair Shop, they got me in quickly, Joe has been in the shop business for ~21 years, I appreciated their nice atmosphere, and I would recommend them.

(PS: My wheel no longer shakes at 80mph.)

Haven't had any real bad experiences w/ Joe's repair, but heard about a  tendency for their diagnosis to chuck parts at a problem.

Disappointed, angry. I let the fellow know I had a hybrid in advance over the phone and described the problem in detail before making an appointment.  He told me he could help. But it turns out that he does not have the proper tools or experience to diagnose hybrid electrical problems. So he fooled around looking up things on the Internet and "guessed" that I may need a new battery. He charged me $232 for a  NAPA car battery for a Honda Civic. Are you kidding me?  And his guess did not solve my car trouble.The same warning light came back on on the way home. Now I have to start all over with a new mechanic. A gigantic, expensive waste of time
