The gentleman seemed very helpful over the phone and quoted me a decent price for an oil change. But after getting everything setup the price almost doubled. Even after the rewards, the price still came out quite a bit more than the original quote (after tacking on fees that were not originally mentioned).

Purchased 2 batteries online and scheduled an appointment to install. When I showed up for my appointment, they didn’t know anything about it. They said if I could leave the vehicle they would try to get to it. This wasn’t an option so I re-scheduled for first thing the next morning. When I arrive the second time, again they seem to not have any information. I’ve been waiting 2.5 hrs and they are still not done replacing batteries! Apparently they had to get another battery brought from another store even though they said they had both in stock. I have had to ask for updates and am quickly losing my patience. I will never come here again nor recommend anyone else do so.

Always have what I need in stock. Prices same as all the rest,besides NAPA. Guess you pay extra for there "Napa know how"? That's why I don't buy my auto parts from them or the dealership.

My husband took his car in on Friday, December 29th and was told to bring it back Saturday morning (the next day) and they would take care of it. He took it in first thing Saturday morning and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Saturday evening, still no word so he called and was told it would be ready Sunday. Sunday afternoon, again, no word, so he called and was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet. Tuesday he received a call and was told how much it would be. He said that was fine and was told it would be ready either that evening or the next morning. This continued everyday for another week. They had our car for a total of 12 days. If they had told us up front that it would take that long that would be one thing, but to tell us everyday that it will be ready and it NOT be is just unacceptable. On top of that, they stripped a part trying to get to one of the sensors they were replacing and charged us to replace that, another $600 almost. We ended up being charged more than double what We were originally quoted. We will NEVER give this place anymore business and will definitely be spreading the word.

With My laptop right in front of Me and on their website as I speak with them on the phone the guy tells Me that it's not Exactly what it says! He literally laughed at Me over the phone and disrespected Me as a potential customer! I'm So Glad this happened BEFORE I bought New Tires and Brakes! I got a really good deal, better product for the price and most importantly great service from their competitor! I'm a tire discounters in Brentwood customer for life now, all thanks to some guy laughing at Me and disrespecting Me over the phone from pepboys nearby. Thanks for stearing Me away and in the direction of Your competition, Very Grateful. Now I'm the one lol...
