If I could give this establishment zero stars that's what I would do. I am visiting my daughter in Augusta and I dropped her car off to get an oil change and tires rotated. I asked Robert for the tires to be rotated left to right and not front to back due to one of the tires was wearing in a cupping fashion. Robert told me that option was not allowed and Zach the manager said it was a new policy at Pep Boys. Robert also said he didn't understand the science behind this request. This request was based on the advice of a 10 year experienced master tech back in PA. He said it could be the alignment also, so get the alignment checked and have the tires rotated front to back. Once I was told no by Robert and Zach I called my mechanic. He said that was BS and called a friend who manages a Pep Boys to ask about this policy change. Apparently there is no such corporate policy like this at Pep Boys. I was LIED to by Robert and Zach. So my mechanic made the necessary calls to Pep Boys and made the requests again and for the alignment check. The alignment check came back and the car was out of spec. So we asked for the alignment to be done and for both the front and rear be aligned. They only completed the front alignment. How do we know cause you can ask for the report to be printed and you can see the specs before and after the alignment. Yeah I had to spend the next morning at Pep Boys having the car aligned properly. So back to the tires rotated, what if you have a car with smaller tires on the front and bigger tires in the rear? Based on Robert no knowing the science behind tire rotation at this store you will end up having the small tires put on the rear and the big tires on the front cause Robert and Zach made up a policy that doesn't allow tires to be rotated left to right. Yeah don't trust this store. Obviously they don't understand automotive needs and will lie to you. Also they won't complete the work as you requested. At the least my daughter should have her money returned for the alignment. Really she should be refunded entirely for poor service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST.

I got my car services on 6/2/2017 and the service was AWESOME! Zack made me feel comfortable about the money I was spending and he gained my trust! I recommends this place to anyone looking for great customer service and reasonable pricing, for now on this is were I would go. My car did started a noise after I got all the services I need, but I called them and they were nice about making sure my car gets checked out and scheduling an appointment to make sure that happens.

i bought back camera for my new car cost approx 130 $, it didn't work for day. i simply lost cost of camera instalation & uninstallation, that will be approx. 150 $  & i waisted lots of time. i don't know why these company didn't check the product before sailing  to there customers.  i had very bad experience  with PEP BOYS.

blive me i talk help desk in pep boys, they let me to weight for approx 20 to 25 days & then there response  is nothing but big ZERO.

My car had trouble starting, so I just stopped by without notice. The staff found out what was wrong and why the problem occurred, and got me out in half the time that they promised. The service was worth the money!

ZACK MIKE ROBERT NICK THE WHOLE CREW WERE EXCELLENT!!!! They took great care of my Mom and me. This was my Mom's store and after her passing ZAC shared a memory about my Mom! We laughed. And cried! Thanks so much. I was so stressed and you got me in and out!!!! THIS IS THE BEST PEP BOYS IN AUGUSTA!!! Page j.
