I got a deal for an oil change on Groupon. I scheduled an appointment at 815am. I was a little early because I thought masters traffic as going to be worse. I knew the place opened up at 7:30 as the hours say. When I walked in at 7:58am no one was in the shop and there was one guy in the office sitting on the couch reading a newspaper with coffee in hand. When I told him that I had an oil changed schelded he said it's not even 8 yet and no one was there. By that time it was 7:59. Um hello I m talking to a guy in a mechanic's get up. He was so rude I didn't even bother waiting the 15 minutes for my scheduled appointment and took my car elsewhere for an oil change. Guess they don't want my service or appreciate timeleness.

I have my damaged Honda Accord 2013 after collision repaired by Econo Auto Painting on Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA on August 14, 2017.

After a week, I got my car back, which had strange noise on the bottom and side. It turned out that the technician at Econo Auto Painting did not put bolts in 6 holes around tires under my car. After he put more bolts, my car still had some sounds. I brought it to Smitty's Auto Service on 1428 Gordon Hwy, Augusta, GA. They said four nutts on the front wheels were missing and two orings in the refrigeration system were missing, for which they charged $280. But my Accord 2013 still had strange noise underneath of her. I brought it to Steve's Auto Service. The next day Steve called me telling a couple of bolts were missing beneath of my car.

He fixed it and charged $67. After that my car was really fine and I appreciate his honest and professional service and would not hesitate to recommend him for anybody.

One thing you have to remember is Steve does not charge for his diagnosis. After he found problems he will call you to explain what the problems are and whether you want him to proceed for the repairs.

I had used his service 10 years ago too. At that time my Accord 1994 used to stop in the middle of street without any warning and it was quite dangerous problem. I came by several auto body shops and they could not find the cause. But Steve fixed it after one day. My boss has been using Steve's service all the time and recommended him to me. I am very happy to have him in Augusta, GA and will need his service definitely if my car has some problems. He is an honest guy and experienced mechanic.

If you read this review you are lucky, because you don't have to try to find best car mechanic and can save a lot of money in the future.
