Had a problem with the parts department not answering the phone. I Didn't no they were installing a new phone service and were working out a few problems. I got a call back from the general manager Mr Newman, he explained the situation and was very helpful. He didn't no who I was nor my phone number or were I worked. He tracked me down gave me his personal number and let me no that if I have any problems to contact him and he would make sure it got taken care of. I appreciate him taking the time to do that so I'm very satisfied with Milton Ruben staff and as I have done In the past I will continue to buy parts from them in the future. Thank you Mr Robbie Newman.

Rosalie is a very awesome representative... The whole front staff is fantastic.. Great customer service skills... every time I leave I leave with a smile .. They're great and if it was up to me they would have a Raise .. Thanks You guys are awesome !!

I called on 7/25 to schedule a service appointment for open recalls, the "earliest" appointment given was for 9/23. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 am on 9/23, having already been informed that one recall was lengthy and my vehicle would have to be left overnight. I called on 9/25 and spoke with Rosalie to find out when I could pick up my vehicle and was told at 5pm, and I also asked her "is that a guess or a definite time," Rosalie informed me that it was a definite time. Rosalie called me on 9/25 after 10 am informing me of what I've already been told about one of the recalls involving the engine timing chain and asked if the technician should begin because it requires disassembling the engine and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until 5pm on 9/26. Rosalie could only confirm that one out of three recalls were complete for the length of time my vehicle sat there, she couldn't provide any information on the tire both of the times I spoke with her on 9/25.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We purchased on a Saturday evening right before closing time. Everyone was so polite and made sure we left with a vehicle even though they had to stay after hours. We greatly appreciated it. Mr. Tony Sutphin was fantastic! Friendly and genuine. We enjoyed talking with him. He made sure we were taken care of. Because we purchased so late the pumps and detail center were closed. Mr. Tony set it up so we could come back another day to have our new vehicle detailed and the tank filled up. Thank you!

Purchased 2 cars here, one used and one new. Typical car lot, the fact that you play musical desks, but that's most dealerships here. No true personal service, although I did see the same finance manager twice. But I had to call repeatedly to make sure my financing was squared away. Word to the wise, make an appointment prior to service, or you will wait.
